LIFE AGAIN FOUNDATION
A father, on his deathbed, calls his three sons to his bedside. He hands each one of them a stick and asks them to break the sticks. They do it without batting an eyelid. Now he hands over one bunch of twigs, tied tightly together, to each of them. Asks them to repeat the act. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn’t. Then he explains how it matters to their lives.
“If you harness one another’s strengths, each one of you is a like a bunch of twigs. Life’s hardships won’t break you. If you don’t, you’re like a lone twig. You will break down easily. As a father, it is my wish and my blessing that you draw upon one another’s strength and stay united till the end.”
Life Again Foundation is about harnessing the collective strength of people and institutions in agriculture, health, and education to build a better tomorrow and a better society:
